1. Information on the Website

The Website provides general information about TSN and the services available through our network. We take reasonable care to keep that information accurate and current.

Service areas, availability, response times and other job-specific details depend on the circumstances of each enquiry and must be confirmed directly with us. Website content is not a quote, an offer to provide services or advice tailored to a particular property, project, safety issue or insurance matter.

Examples and testimonials describe individual circumstances and do not guarantee the same result for every job.

2. Enquiries and service arrangements

Submitting an enquiry through the Website does not:

• confirm a booking or appointment;
• guarantee that the requested service is available;
• guarantee an attendance or completion time;
• constitute acceptance of a quote; or
• create a contract for services.

An acknowledgement confirms only that an enquiry has been received unless we expressly state otherwise. The scope of work, price, timing and other applicable service arrangements are confirmed separately. An accepted quote, work order or other written service agreement, together with applicable law, governs the services provided.

References to 24/7 emergency enquiries mean that the emergency enquiry line is available at all times. They do not guarantee a particular attendance or completion time.

3. Emergencies and safety

The Website and its enquiry forms are not a substitute for emergency services. If there is immediate danger or a life-threatening emergency, call Triple Zero (000).

Do not approach, touch or attempt to move unstable, cracked or broken glass. Keep other people away from the affected area and follow directions given by emergency services or a qualified tradesperson. Information submitted through the Website must be accurate, current and not misleading. You must be authorised to provide any information relating to another person, property or organisation.

We take reasonable steps to keep the Website available and secure. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons.

9. Australian Consumer Law and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to those non-excludable rights and to the maximum extent permitted by law, TSN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from the use or unavailability of the Website, reliance on general Website information without obtaining confirmation relevant to the particular job, or third-party websites, content or services outside our reasonable control.

We do not exclude liability to the extent that loss is caused by our negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of applicable law. This section applies to the Website only and does not determine liability for services that are separately agreed.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the Website. The updated terms apply to use of the Website from the date shown at the beginning of the revised version.

Changes to these Website Terms do not retrospectively alter a separately accepted quote, work order or service arrangement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and TSN submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them, subject to any rights you have under applicable law to bring a claim elsewhere.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
